RETURNS:
In case a product has some fault of manufacture (providing that this one should not to its handcrafted character), the client will have right to the reinstatement of the same one. The customer must communicate it to us in the following 7 days of having received it, by e-mail or calling to the telephone (+34 94 443 83 70).
In this case, once the postage and handling can be very superior to the cost of the goods, we suggest to send a new one to you in a following order without any cost. Also you can return it to the following address:

The expenses of the sending will be at the expense of the client but, once received and verified, we will send the product changed without anycost.
Once received the order, the customer has seven days to return it. In this case, the customer must pay the shipping cost. Once received the goods and verified the perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund of the amount in conformity with the method of payment realized by the client.
